Here are some answers to commonly asked questions:
Having trouble logging in to the HUB? Please double check that you are logged in to the HUB. (A high percentage of support emails I receive have to do with not being logged into your HUB account.) Once you have verified that you are logged in, if you are still having trouble, try logging in directly to the HUB at community.biblestudyhub.com on a different device. (The next most common issue is a browser/cookie issue.)
Club Membership Subscription changes: Please refer to the bottom of your receipt where you can access any info you need updating. There are also instructions on how to do so here in the Club Members Area.
Looking to book me as a speaker for your event? The best way to do so is to fill out my Speaking Request form here.
Questions about ministry, my thoughts about tools I use, or want feedback on your project? My plate is full and am unable to provide free coaching at this time.
Have a collaboration request or a product you want me to promote? Unless it will directly help my audience to enjoy God’s Word, walk with Jesus, and/or lead women to the Word, I will not be available for collaborations or promotions of your product.
