Answers to frequently asked questions:
How do I open the ebooks on my iPhone, iPod or iPad?
Click on each link in the email to download the individual books. This opens the ebook but does not save it to your device. Click on the icon in the upper right corner and select Open in Safari. Once the ebook opens in the browser, tap in the middle of the screen. You should then see options to open/save the ebook in specific apps on your device, i.e. the Kindle, iBooks or Dropbox app. (If you don’t have one of those free apps installed, install the app first and then download the book.)
How do I read the ebooks on my Kindle or Kindle app?
Amazon makes it easy to read a variety of documents on your Kindle or Kindle app with the send-to-Kindle feature. Read more here.
How do I load the files to other mobile devices?
On most tablets, you should be able to download the PDF files directly to your device by clicking on the links in your email confirmation from your tablet. For e-readers and tablets that don’t support file download, simply download the files on your computer and then transfer them via USB cord to your device.
I paid via PayPal, as an e-check, but don’t see my download link. What can I do to speed up the process?
If you paid via e-check the system will not send your purchase until the check clears. This may take several days, and unfortunately we have no control over that process. If you need your purchase sooner, please email us and we would be happy to send you your links manually.
