Take the FOCUSed15 pledge.

Are you in the Bible as regularly as you’d like? Do you long to go deeper in your walk with Christ, but not sure which next steps to take?

Most of us would answer with a wholehearted “Yes!” to these questions. We want to know God better, and desire to walk more intimately with Him. However, a deep walk with God does not magically appear over night. It stems from continual conversation with God, obedience to the Holy Spirit, and becoming deeply rooted in His Word.

Blessed is the man … [whose] delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. — Psalm 1:1-3

A tree cannot grow without proper nutrition, neither can we grow without steady, hearty meals of God’s Word.

Take the Pledge

Pledge to spend 15 minutes a day in the Bible
If this resonates with your heart, I pray you will jump in and see what God does through your commitment and obedience!

How does this work?

Select a Study Plan – Choose a Bible study or reading plan that will help you dive into the Word for these 15 days. My 3-week Wild Obedience FOCUSed15 Bible study would be perfect for your time, as it is 15 days long and designed to be completed in as little as 15 minutes a day!

Decide on a Date – You can start today, tomorrow, or next week; whenever you sense the Lord leading you to start.

Find a Friend – We all know accountability is key. Share your plan with a few friends and invite them to join you!

Sign the pledge here:

I’ll send you a series of brief emails to help you stay on track!

Are you in? Have questions? Ideas for how to implement this in your life? Share your plans with us in the comments!

Thank you for the challenge. I’ve studied my Bible many times for years and years at a time and I have never felt so good as when I do. Somehow or another, I stray from my regular readings and I just hate that because I love my time with my Bible and the Lord. I’ve been trying to get back on track for months now and I thank you because this may be just what I need to get me back where I love to be. God Bless all those who join in on this challenge and we do know He will!

I am in and so excited to start this journey. I have been asking God to show me the way to be closer to him and to hear him more clearly and it looks like my requests have been answered. When I opened My email this morning the post from Tracy @ beneath my heart was waiting there with this information and it is just what I needed.

About August of 2014, I stopped putting emphasis on my daily quiet time in prayer and God’s word because I was disheartened with things going on in my life. My study and prayer journal quickly began gathering dust, even though I felt led to keep using it. I learned about your FOCUSed 15 pledge online and joined immediately. I am on day 1 and already enjoying FOCUSed 15 immensely. I believe that I am growing in God’s word and truly appreciate your study method. Thank you! Grace and blessings to you!!

I am an American living in Singapore. I found this study on Cindy Spiveys sight. I have not missed a day. I spend about one to two hours on this. It has been a wonderful study. The light has really come on for me regarding the spirits battle with the flesh and why I need to renew my mind. I finally understand why the body must perish and the spirit is eternal. That’s why I need to feed my mind. So I can fight the battle with my sinful flesh! Feed the part that will live forever with knowledge that will not perish! I am SO hungry here. I want more please! Starting week three on Monday. Looking forward….Katherine.
